Manage the list of people you follow on Twitter
If you are following lots of people(a few hundreds or a thousand) on Twitter, it’s difficult to track updates of all of them, their update frequency and so on. There are some people who tweet after many days’ gap and you think it unwise to follow such people. But, how’ll you know who these lazy twitterers are? Well Twitoria, a very nice Twitter tool helps you.
You just need to enter your username (password not required) and then select the period of inactivity from a drop down list which includes for past week, 2 weeks, month, 2 months, 6 months and 1 year. You’ll then see a page with the username of the inactive users that you’re following, their number of followers, their latest tweets and the period of their inactivity, i.e. the time they last posted their tweet.
But due to Twitter’s public API, only a maximum of 100 friends activities can be seen on a page. So, if you are following a lot of people who are inactive for sometime, then you’ll need to skim through a lot of pages. That is really tiresome, isn't it?
This can be a really helpful tool if you want to filter out the active users from the inactive ones. Well it would have been great if one could directly login from the site and then stop following a certain user after seeing his passiveness on twitter. Well if you want to spread a word about twitoria, click on a link at the bottom of the page saying the same.
