Jing has launched its new version-Jing 2.1. It has lots of cool new features compared to the previous version. There is a minor change in Jing's aspect ratio feature. Now Jing lets you hold down either the Ctrl or Shift key to select the appropriate aspect ratio for your images and videos.

If you are an avid user of advanced applications like Snagit or camtasia stuido, you'll be glad to know that you can directly export your videos or images captured with Jing to Snagit or camtasia studio. While uploading to Screencast.com, you'll can now specify the folder to save your video in. For this, you simply need to create buttons for each of the folders that you wan to access using Jing. You can then choose to enable or disable commenting on those videos too. For Pro users of Jing, it can really be a boon. Pro users can now use Jing to access their webcam and capture shots of themselves from within the program. If you are using the older version of jing, you can download it from the site or directly update from the software.
